Return and exchange policy

These terms apply to the Gold Guarantee

The gold guarantee applies when the consumer uses only one package of the product for testing, after which they can exchange or return it according to the following policy.

Replacement policy:

1- The consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to him from the store within 7 working days from the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to exchange the product after the specified period has passed.

2- To exchange a product, it must be in its original condition and the consumer must not have used it or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its condition. The consumer is responsible for the shipping costs if they wish to exchange the product. For international exchanges, the consumer is responsible for all shipping costs and for delivering the product to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:

1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he specified.

2- If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or anything else that is considered a publication.

3- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's misuse.

Return policy:

1- The consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided to him from the store within 24 hours from the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to that product after the specified period has passed.

2- The return of the product is conditional on the product being in good condition and the consumer not having used the product or obtained its benefit. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.

3- The consumer bears the costs associated with the return or cancellation process (28 riyals round trip + 15 riyals packaging fee). In the case of international returns, the consumer bears the full shipping costs and the cost of delivering the product to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
